Amazonas
In the highlands of Amazonas, coffee is grown at elevations between 1,200 and 2,000 meters above sea level. The region’s unique biodiversity and cool mountain climate produce beans with floral aromas, a medium body, and bright acidity, often accompanied by notes of red fruits and citrus.
Cajamarca
Cajamarca’s farms, located between 1,300 and 1,800 meters in elevation, benefit from ideal temperature ranges and rich volcanic soils. Coffees from this region are known for their complex aromas, medium to full body, and sweet, chocolatey, and fruity notes.
Cusco
Coffee in Cusco is grown at elevations ranging from 1,200 to 2,100 meters. The region’s microclimates and ancestral farming traditions contribute to beans with balanced acidity, a creamy body, and aromas of caramel, cocoa, and tropical fruits.
